Am a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants, Licensed Real Estate Principal, qualified Auctioneer, Chief Executive Officer of the Poliwka Group of Companies that operate in the retail, hospitality, printing and real estate sector.

Property project management, sales and development being the current highest demand on my time. Employees in the various entities in excess of 100 staff.

Current President of the Joondalup Business Association, Board member of the Joondalup Business Centre and the Small Business Corporation, Chairman of various investment trusts, founding Chair of the Real Estate WA Newspaper.
